In one of his song lyrics, King David wrote, “I thank you from my heart, and I will never stop singing your praises, my Lord and my God.” (Psalm 30:12, CEV)
Thousands of years later, the apostle Paul echoed David’s love for praise and worship, writing, “Let the message about Christ completely fill your lives, while you use all your wisdom to teach and instruct each other. With thankful hearts, sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God.” (Colossians 3:16, CEV)
In collaboration with New Hope’s Music Coordinator, Jaime Smith, several music teams lead worship each Sunday. New Hope is filled with musicians, both instrumentalists and singers. If you love music, this is a great place to be, and there is always room for more.
